The "EconoRun" was a blast, other than almost being run over by a semi which passed us on a double-yellow stripe, on a curve, up a hill, on a back-road - he was an crazy!!!

122 Miles of Great Scenery, even in the drizzling rain!!!

Rapid Roberts Conoco was the station where your tanks were filled on the departure and returning trip (located across from the 1876 Inn)

The ground effects (molded even) on this C4 looked great - I didn't however care for the purple - personal opinion

Karyn booked Friday's supper for all of us at the Autumn Breeze Restaurant - a fine dining steak and seafood house.  "Professionally trained chef/owner Richard Bloch produces outstanding cuisine at great prices.  Their wait staff provides top service, and every table has a beautiful woodland view." per 'Wine Spectator' magazine

 ...

"Simple but elegant, painstakingly prepared food. Save room for the heavenly chocolate soufflé. Highway 23 South, 253-7734. D Mon-Sat. $$$ CC Full bar."

 ...

Cuisine type:  American, Coffee & Tea, Eclectic, Fine Dining, French, Greek/Middle Eastern, Ice Cream, Italian, Steaks

Sitting the camera on the champagne glass didn't very work (left) so we had the waitress take another one (right)

I had intended to grab each couples photo but, by the time we shot these, we were about the last ones still inside the restaurant

The "Moonlight Cruise" was the last event for the day

Basically it is a Corvette parade through the beautiful and brightly lighted "historic district" and downtown Eureka Springs - it departed from Pine Mountain at 11pm.

Here is a '54 leading the pack, coming down in front of our hotel.

The hotel next to us (East) was wilder for sure.  They had BBQ pits going in the parking lot and the parties were louder.

During the cruise, someone there even had a lighted sign that they were holding up for the Vettes which read "Lite em up" - trying to promote burn-outs

The videos and pictures from tonight didn't turn out good enough to post - sorry - come join next year, it is much better than looking at these pictures!!!
